For day twenty-nine of my 31 Days of Halloween, I made a batch of Pumpkin Pie Almonds.
Ingredients:
2 cups of raw almonds (I used a 1 lb bag which ended up being a little more than 2 cups)
3 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice seasoning
4 tablespoons of organic agave or honey (I used honey)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Sea Salt
Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil
Step 2: Place almonds in a bowl and mix with everything except the sea salt. Make sure almonds are coated.
Step 3: Spread coated almonds onto baking sheet covered in foil. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Step 4: Bake 15-18 minutes. Let cool and serve.
