For day eighteen of my 31 Days of Halloween, I went to a classic childhood craft: Tootsie Pop Ghosts.
Supplies Needed:
Tootsie pops (or blow pops)
Tissues
Black sharpie
Ribbon
All you do for these is place a tissue over the pop and tie with a ribbon. Then draw a ghost face with a sharpie. Some just do eyes, I decided to add a mouth as well. I displayed them on a cake pop stand. These cute lil guys can double as a treat and a decoration!
