31 Days of Halloween: Day 20

For day twenty of 31 Days of Halloween, I made these cute and super simple witch hat cookies.

Ingredients:
Hershey kisses
Orange icing
Fudge stripe cookies

All you do for these is flip fudge stripe cookies upside down, place a ring of orange icing around the center, and place a Hershey kiss on top. They look like cute witch hats. If you want, you could add more detail with the icing like a ribbon, but I think they're cute the way they are.
