Eight Days of Easter: Day 2

For day two of my Eight Days of Easter "Peeps Edition," I decided to go for an Easter twist on a classic snack:  Peeps S'mores. You simply replace the marshmallow part of the S'more with a Peep. They're just as tasty as regular S'mores but have a fun colorful sugary twist. You can use bunnies or chicks and the more colors you can find the better they look if you're making multiple ones for a party or get together.

I have a S'more maker that you fill with water and it makes S'mores in the microwave in just 30 seconds!
