The Fifth Day of Thanksgiving

On the fifth day of Thanksgiving, get creative with your Thanksgiving leftovers. Drinker's in Philadelphia does a taco of the month and for November they did a Thanksgiving taco. That gave me the idea to do tacos for lunch the day after turkey day. I put mashed potatoes, stuffing, cranberries and turkey on mine but you can do any combination you'd like with your leftovers. A taco is a new twist on the classic sandwiches people make with their turkey leftovers.
