14 Days of Valentines: Day 9

For day nine of my 14 Days of Valentines, I thought I would have more fun with conversation hearts. I had a foam cone left over from my 25 Days of Christmas crafts and I had the idea to cover it in conversation hearts to make a V-Day tree. I also had a few heart floral picks so I thought one of those would make a great tree topper. I started by sticking the heart in the middle of the top of the cone. It was the perfect size. Then I started by making a row of conversation hearts by hot gluing them onto the cone. I tried to do random color patterns. Below is the end result.

14 Days of Valentines: Day 2

For day two of my 14 Days of Valentines, I updated my hurricane centerpiece to make it heart themed. I love the look of conversation hearts in a vase so I went with that. Once you have the hurricane vase and candle, all you need to do is fill the surrounding area with something that matches your theme. Whether you're using it for a holiday or for a themed party, the ideas are limitless!

I love the way the conversation hearts look in the vase for Valentine's Day! With all the candy dust, I know I will need to give it a good wash before the next holiday but it's worth it.

Remember you can always take the candle out if you want to use larger filler and just have a vase!
